Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Healthcare, Personal & Household Goods and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.18% to hit a new all time high.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (CSE:GMAB), which rose 1.81% or 43.0 points to trade at 2419.0 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) added 1.79% or 8.7 points to end at 494.7 and Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb) was up 1.44% or 14.0 points to 983.8 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS), which fell 1.69% or 25.0 points to trade at 1450.0 at the close. ISS A/S (CSE:ISS) declined 1.04% or 1.10 points to end at 105.10 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) was down 0.88% or 0.9 points to 101.4.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 74 to 61 and 15 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for February delivery was up 1.11% or 0.53 to $48.15 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 1.10% or 0.56 to hit $51.46 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.08% or 1.55 to trade at $1881.95 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.31% to 6.0697, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4352.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.37% at 89.938.
