Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Personal & Household Goods, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 1.25%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT), which rose 3.88% or 10.0 points to trade at 267.7 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) added 3.63% or 23.6 points to end at 674.0 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) was up 2.63% or 12.5 points to 487.6 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb), which fell 2.33% or 23.5 points to trade at 983.0 at the close. Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:RBREW) declined 0.42% or 3 points to end at 664 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) was down 0.12% or 0.1 points to 122.3.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 92 to 44 and 21 ended unchanged.
Shares in Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT) rose to 52-week highs; rising 3.88% or 10.0 to 267.7.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 1.07% or 0.70 to $64.69 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.83% or 0.57 to hit $68.31 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.12% or 2.05 to trade at $1731.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.18% to 6.2439, while EUR/DKK rose 0.03% to 7.4362.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.00% at 91.828.
